Tomorrow, July 1st and July 5th, 2021, our Ilaria Gargiulo and Filippo Ganci, heads of the Intellectual Property & Advertising and Litigation teams, will speak as speakers at the training course on business contracts organized by AFOL Metropolitana.

The course will aim to provide a comprehensive overview of the general rules on business contracts, with particular focus on online contracts, e-commerce, drafting techniques and remedies against others’ breach of contract .

The course will then be replicated also on July 7th and 9th, 2021.
